I believe Sean has been drawn to life coaching as a career for a very special reason and that is because he sincerely cares about people and their lives. He truly wants to see people make positive change.
I had no prior experience with 'life coaching' before and ended up having about 6 sessions with him.
When we first sat together I found it a little difficult to open up and get to the core of what my issue was, as I was at a point of confusion about what direction I was going in- I hated my job, I was in the wrong relationship etc.
After sitting with Sean for just a short while, he was able to guide me in his very caring, non judgemental way to get me thinking and talking about my issues with more ease.
The sessions were more or less based on a different issue and at the end of each session, I had a sense of clarity(something I hadnt had for a long time) I was able to identify what the blockages were in my life and deal with them.
Sean really helped me make the changes I needed to my life by taking me through his simple steps to get to the centre of the issues. He also helped me use creative visualisation to put an image to a goal I wanted to achieve- this I found invaluable as it gave me something real to move towards. Since seeing him, I have left my awful job and am no longer in that wrong relationship. Thankyou Sean!
Who ever is reading this; If you are considering going to see him.....GO! He's just great! No matter what your issue is Im sure he can help you with it.
